  • Responsible and accountable for minimum 5 major customers, onshore and offshore market with more than 7 million per annum revenue forecasted. 
  • Matches the Company's technical, commercial and operational capabilities to customer needs through developing a clear understanding of customer's business & technical issues and drivers and effective delivery of technical sales presentations and personal working relationships
  • Leading in selling, planning, promoting new technology to/with customers for all Halliburton Completion Tools sub-product lines
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Sand Control, Upper and Intelligent Completions.
  • Plays an active role in the business planning process.  Focal point for tenders, EOI, RFQ, RFP and other business opportunities
  • Provides tender responses, job design, pre-job and on location technical and operational support, and post job analysis to external and internal customers in designated area. Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base.
  • Involves and Interfaces with the technology, manufacturing, business development and marketing on strategic and tactical issues
  • Provide technical support on daily basis from pursuit to execution stage
  • Leads Critical Well Reviews (CWRs), internal BD – ops handover process
  • Leads/attends client specific DWOPs, CWOPs, equipment meetings, any HSE training/inductions. Reviews and implements global best practices to operations, etc
  • Oversees pricing and pricing initiatives for customer base
  • Investigate and report on problem jobs/issues as needed
  • Report to management, financial status of current projects






  • Competent in handling tenders for various sub-PSLs, EOI, RFQ, RFP, and technical presentations
  • Able to generate and submit commercial proposals to customers using GQS
  • Understands BAP methodology (incl. GQS, CRM, Red Sheet etc.), adopts a professional sales approach in line with Halliburton standards, conducts analyses and creates action plans for pursuit of opportunities
  • Technical knowledge (selling and operation) of sand control (screen, HPT, MCS, etc.) , lower completion (C&I, packer), upper completion (SSSV, SSFC, Pkrs) and IC
  • Good communication and writing skills in English
  • Independent and takes initiative to connect and build relationships with customers
