We seek a dedicated individual who, working under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for monitoring and control of all plant systems on a continuous basis. This position will respond to alarms by taking appropriate corrective actions and execute approved plant shutdown and start-up procedures, and assure that the plant meets it’s operational, environmental and safety commitments while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner.


To qualify you must have a HS diploma/GED with minimum of 3 years related experience.  Associate’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is prefered.   Energy from Waste experience is a plus.

 
Basic computer, blueprint, P&ID, schematic specifications and vendor requirement reading experience necessary.

Applicant must be able to pass the ASME QRO Provisional Liscensing exam during the first year of employment.

Strong leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and problem solving/decision making skills are a must.

The ability to stay alert while sitting for long periods of time, work in close quarters, confined spaces, climb ladders, structures, tolerate heights and respirator qualified.

A valid driver’s license and the ability lift up to 50 pounds are required.
