Our paid internship program is designed to expose students to the many facets of business within a waste-from-energy facility.  Students will be exposed to real work assignments, which aligns them within their area of study for personal growth, in a steady work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance planning team with day-to-day operations.

  • Schedule jobs, prepare project proposals, and create reports.

  • Participate on the maintenance optimization team.

  • Manage shop quotes and metrics reporting on various assigned projects.

  • Assist with special projects and production planning.  Evaluate long term and existing projects, with the goal of streamlining operations and/or reducing cost and time.


  • College student, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, geared towards the power industry.  Must have a 3.0 or higher GPA and minimum sophomore class standing.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.

  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Aptitude to take initiative and strive for results.

  • Proficient in MS Office products and computer maintenance management systems (CMMS).
