Reporting to the facility manager, the qualified individual will be responsible for the overall management of facility maintenance activities. This includes long term planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities on boilers, turbines and associated equipment. The individual will be responsible for providing annual budgeting information and monthly forecasting updates. The individual will work direct work on all daily long term maintenance activities including prioritizing work activities, preventive maintenance scheduling and plant preservation projects.


Successful candidate will have an extensive background in plant maintenance including at least seven (7) year's experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment with a minimum of five (5) years' supervisory experience.

Eff maintenance experience or a solid background in power and/or industrial plant maintenance is preferable. In addition, we require the following technology and maintenance requirements:

1. Must be able to identify needs for improvement and implement change,
2. Must have knowledge of maintenance budgeting and cost control methodologies,
3. Must have experience in managing work order systems, work order back logs and preventive and predictive maintenance,
4. Must manage spare parts inventory to optimum levels,
5. Excellent computer skills; able to work with People Soft ALM and Microsoft Office products,
6. Must possess proficient knowledge of electrical and instrumentation.
