Under broad direction, develops financial and analytical reports that measure performance based upon globally defined OTC standards. Leads the coordination and development of reports with other OTC analysts requiring a high degree of accuracy. Partners with OTC Champion to review metrics for the OTC organization as required by OTC Management and Reconciles and analyzes complex OTC metrics. May provide assistance in preparing budgets and business plans. Can be called upon to assist OTC Management in creation of new globally used metrics. May provide training to other employees in singular or group sessions. Job role directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline and 5-7 years of experience. Strong computer and analytical skills are required. Additionally, incumbent must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
